Create prospects

You can create new prospects from any search criteria or results page. The software saves the new prospect's criteria automatically, then lets you enter the other person's information.

  1. To create a prospect from a search
  2. Fill in your desired criteria.
  3. From the Save Options box (located in the Options pane), locate and click in the Save as a New Prospect field.
  4. Type in a new prospect's name (up to 20 characters) and click Save.
  5. The Modify Contact Information page will display. Here you can enter details about your new prospect. Make sure the Manage as Prospect check box is selected.
  6. After entering the additional information, click Save.
